I used secureparking.com.au to check the car park hours before I went in, and to be fair, everything matched what was shown on site. No surprises with the opening times, and the booking process was straightforward too. I’m giving it 4 stars just because the page loaded a little slowly for me, but otherwise it did what I needed...

I’ve been using Secure Parking for a monthly spot, and it’s been okay overall. The actual parking side of things is fine, and I haven’t really had much trouble getting in or out, which is the main thing.
Anyway... the online account stuff could definitely be smoother. Updating details or checking billing isn’t that clear, and I did have to contact support once to get something sorted. They were helpful, but it took a little while. Not a bad service, just not quite as easy to manage as I expected.

I use my parking voucher with the validation code and it went through at the gate without any drama. Was simple and it save me a bit of money too.

Easy enough to manage the corporate account, invoices come through without any fuss, and support sorted my access quickly.

I’ve used Secure Parking a handful of times it’s handy. It does what you need it to do, and I like knowing I’ve got a spot sorted. At the same time, I can’t say I’m totally happy with it because the prices can feel a bit high, especially if you forget to book in advance. Sometimes it seems reasonable at first, then the extra fees at checkout make me do a double take. So yeah, I’d still use it again, but I also wish they were more upfront about the final cost from the beginning.

Used Secure Parking a few times now and it’s been reliable. The entry scanner usually picks up my booking without me having to mess around or anything. Getting out has been smooth too, the boom gate opened straight away after it read my plate. Had one time where it took a little longer than usual, but it still worked in the end. Giving it 4 stars because it does what I need, just wish the signs inside some of the car parks were a bit clearer tbh.

I walked in without any hassle, and the lifts showed up quickly. Overall it was straightforward, so I’m just expecting the compensation to be handled as promised.

The chargers did work, so I’ll give them that, but there just aren’t enough charging spots. It’s annoying to show up needing a charge and have to wait or circle around because everything’s taken. It’s okay overall, but they really need to add more...

I reached out to customer service about a refund and they handled it really quickly. The whole experience was smooth, and the support team was friendly and easy to deal with.
